  • Screen resumes and phone screen candidates
  • Schedule and conduct interviews
  • Oversee candidate pipeline, track applicants and keep them updated on their status
  • Headhunt; Find additional and creative ways to source candidates and reach out to potential applicants
  • Complete reference checks
  • Organize the onboarding and introduction of new hires Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in Human Resources and recruiting
    • Knowledge of labor and employment laws
    • Ability to build rapport with all employees
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
