Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities: Partner with leadership to support HR initiatives that align with business growth Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, especially our Spanish-speaking team members Support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies Assist with benefits administration, HRIS updates, and general HR reporting Champion a positive, inclusive, and values-driven work environment Human Resources Generalist Education & Skills: Fluent in both Spanish and English Bachelors Degree (highly preferred) 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a growth or multi-site environment Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Adaptable, proactive, and excited to help shape a growing company Why You'll Love It Here: ?
