We are partnered with a major manufacturing company in Elkhart,
IN that is looking for a Lead Technical Customer Service Specialist
to join their team!
This person will provide technical support to customers, both B2B
and B2C. They will communicate with customers via phone, email, and
more, providing a high level of customer service and enhancing each
**Previous customer service/technical support experience required.
Job Type: Direct-hire with full benefits packageHours: M-F,
- Communicate with customers through various channels
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge on all products
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Transfer/refer customers to other necessary points-of-contact
to solve complex problems, as needed
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer
- Minimum of 2 years of technical customer service support
- Associates or bachelors degree preferred, not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
