Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain SQL Server databases,
ensuring their performance, availability, and security Develop and
maintain MS Access databases, including designing and implementing
new features to support the accounting/finance functions at Alpha
Baking as well as other business units Utilize Microsoft tools to
support various IT functions and projects. Create and manage Power
BI reports and dashboards to provide insights and support
decision-making processes. Collaborate with other IT team members
to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Provide technical
support and training to end-users as needed. Stay up-to-date with
the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company
remains competitive. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer
Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5
years of experience working with SQL Server and MS Access. Some
experience in MS Power BI. Strong knowledge of database management
and data analysis. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a
focus on accuracy and quality. Preferred Skills: Experience with
other database management systems and BI tools. Knowledge of
programming languages such as Python. Knowledge of Powershell.
