Job Description - Open to experienced Board Certified provider or TRULY Board Eligible recent graduates - If candidate is TRULY Board Eligible, must become Board Certified within 2 years of becoming eligible - Not accepting candidates who have lapsed Board Certification and need to obtain again - Not accepting Locums candidates - Open to H1B visa candidates, but cannot accept J1 waivers ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE. - Board Certified in OB/GYN - REQUIRED - Board Eligible (to become Board Certified within 2 years of becoming Board Eligible) or Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine - REQUIRED - MI license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED - DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED - BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED - Clean malpractice - PREFERRED - Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED Certification Requirements - ACLS - BLS - Board Certified - Board Eligible - DEA State License Requirements - Michigan Additional License Requirements - If candidate is TRULY Board Eligible, must become Board Certified within 2 years of becoming eligible; Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B?
