the cloud. At the heart of the foundational infrastructure, serving
the hyper-connected digital business, is the Network. As a Product
Leader for Network Observability, you will be instrumental in
enabling IT teams to perform proactive monitoring, leverage
telemetry data to detect anomalies, identifying potential issues
before they impact users, gaining real-time visibility into network
performance, and deriving actionable insights for faster incident
response towards delivering seamless connectivity, minimizing
downtime, and optimizing user experiences. Capital One Product

Basic Qualifications: At least 7 years of experience working in
Product Management Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining
one of the following with an expectation that the required degree
will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics,
Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science,
Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's
Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations
Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer
Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with
a quantitative concentration Preferred Qualifications: 5 years of
people leadership experience 5 years of experience in enterprise IT
infrastructure 3 years of experience with routing, switching and
network security solutions 2 years of experience with network
monitoring tools and observability platforms At this time, Capital

salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note
that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to
perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the
amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed
upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Chicago, IL: $209,500
- $239,100 for Director, Product Management McLean, VA: $230,400 -
$263,000 for Director, Product Management New York, NY: $251,400 -
$286,900 for Director, Product Management Plano, TX: $209,500 -
$239,100 for Director, Product Management San Francisco, CA:
$251,400 - $286,900 for Director, Product Management Candidates
hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range
associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary
amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be
reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also
eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which
may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on
