Job Description Job Description LHH Recruitment Solutions is
anticipating a variety of openings for direct hire Insurance
Defense Litigation Paralegals in the Grand Rapids legal market. In
the event that you are looking to see what opportunities might be
in the market. We expect salary ranges to be candidate specific but
are likely to see ranges from $60,000 to the upper $85,000 range.
Many of our clients offer very competitive salaries, full benefits
packages and very reasonable annual billable hour requirements that
afford a work life balance. Qualifications: 3 years of litigation
experience preferred Proactive, flexible, with excellent
organizational and communication skills Proficiency with MS Office,
Adobe, and legal case management software Bachelors Degree and or
an A.B.A. approved Paralegal Certificate. Duties: Managing
litigation matters from start to finish Drafting, formatting, and
proofreading correspondence and legal documents including notices,
pleadings, discovery documents, subpoenas, exhibit lists, etc.
Handling discovery and document production Summarizing depositions,
ordering medical records and summarizing medical records. Assisting
attorneys with trial preparation and case management Conducting
legal research as assigned Other tasks as assigned With legal
