Job Description:

This individual will be responsible for working cross-functionally with Program Management, Engineering, Bill of Materials, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. The day to day responsibilities will vary dependent on the progress of the program. This individual will be responsible for a wide scope of work including: running program meetings to talk about issues and/or timelines for the program, working with supply chain to determine if They has needed program materials, working with Bill of Materials on part lists, partnering with Product Development on Engineering Changes, working with finance to determine cost estimates, etc. This role will require an Engineer with strong communication skills and the ability to quickly prioritize tasks.Top Skills Details:This candidate needs a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or equivalent technical degree type) and 2+ years of engineering experience working cross-functionally.Additional Skills & Qualifications:MUST HAVE:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or equivalent technical degree type)- 3+ years of experience as an Engineer working cross-functionally with multiple teams- Strong MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) - Strong communication skillsWOULD BE NICE:- Project or Program Management Experience- Automotive or Transportation background About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
