What You'll Do:
As the Assembly/Machine Operator,
you will assemble parts and operate machinery to ensure products
are created on-time, complete, and error-free.
Your Accountabilities in the
- Counts products to
ensure accuracy for the customer, as well as maintain good
inventory and expense control.
- Ensures all parts
are within specifications as described in processes. Advises
management if not to ensure parts are returned for
- Handles the
assembly, sorting, and programming of the various products in an
efficient and accurate way, following documented
- Places screws and
soldering in an accurate and precise way to efficiently complete
- Confirms and
applies appropriate labels on the products in a specific location
to identify completed product.
- Ensures all parts
are tested for quality and delivers to final inspection (where
applicable) for a reliable, on-time quality product delivered to
customers each and every time.
school diploma, or the equivalent.
- Experience: 2+ years of small piece assembly and inspection
- Certifications: n/a
Skills: Basic math
and counting skills, detail-oriented, precise, and accurate in
their work; high attention to quality. Able to read, comprehend,
and retain work instructions, and able to work with small piece
work at a good speed. Is able to prioritize and be flexible to move
from job to job as priorities change. Must have ability to operate
assembly equipment, hand tools, screw guns, etc.
Aptitude/Skills: Ability to use tablets/PCs to review procedures
and enter data.
Skills: Able to
read/write/speak English fluently; communicates in a positive
Self-directed, highly motivated, with
the ability to be a solid team player, work well with others and
take advice/mentoring well.
- Culture Match

weekends & OT required (when applicable); 40 + hours per
