Currently seeking candidates for the following child welfare, human
services, and social services position(s):
Independent Living Case Manager OYS
$40,500 - $45,500 per year
The Villages is seeking dynamic case manager candidates to
provide independent living services to participants in the Older
Youth Services (OYS) program. OYS Case Managers will be responsible
for supporting youth in building skills necessary to function
independently; facilitating the implementation of services as
needed, responding to crises, and assisting youth in accessing
educational, training, and community resources. Developing rapport
and using a strength-based approach with the youth is essential.
Case managers will be working as a part of a larger treatment team;
effective verbal and written communication is highly valued.
A Bachelors degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a
directly related human services field from an accredited four-year
college is required. If BSW, then LBSW is needed. Casework
experience is strongly preferred. On-call hours are required.
