Product Development Coordinator

Thor Motor Coach, North America's #1 selling motorhome brand, seeks a Product Management Coordinator to join our team. The position is an entry to mid-level opportunity with room for growth. As part of the product development team, the right individual will be highly organized and motivated to work within a team to help ideate, innovate, introduce new products, and improve current offerings.

Responsibilities
Project Coordination:
Supports individual brand and cross-brand -projects -within the product development team
Works with -Product Managers to help define the scope of projects and meet timelines
Provides support as back-up to Product Managers in meetings, conferences, calls, and presentations
Work with interdepartmental teams to implement product updates
- -Develop vendor relationships to explore new component opportunities to the team
Benchmarking TMC brands to the competition
Work with costing and bill of materials groups to identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary costs and increase revenue
Conduct research regarding -dealer and -consumer opinions
Gathering and presenting innovative product opportunities and ideas to key management personnel

Job Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, business, or a related field
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and organize effectively
Ability to publicly speak and clearly present ideas to anyone
Strong background in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Willingness to learn modern technologies and motivated to self-educate
Willingness to drive and operate motorhomes from 20-45' feet

Other:
Ability to travel, 50+ miles per week between local facilities
Required overnight travel, 10-15 days per year
Work environment will be a combination of office and manufacturing plant facilities
Pre-employment drug screen required.
