The Bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Clinical Assistant position includes a comprehensive benefit package and competitive salary! Days and hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. This position in on our Mobile Unit. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Clinical Assistant Position Summary: The Bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Clinical Assistant Position is a front-line position responsible for the admission and registration of incoming patients and is often the first employee patients encounter. The Bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Clinical Assistant makes sure that all required patient information is received and processed and that appointments are made with the proper medical staff. The Bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Clinical Assistant is tasked with administrative duties such as managing paperwork, handling data entry, and answering phones. An individual in this position should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the time-management and multitasking skills necessary to perform a variety of duties concurrently. Speaking with and collecting information from patients requires strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Excellent organization skills and ability to follow through are critical.Bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Clinical Assistant Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain records and filing systems
  • Process all patients and enter into data system
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Assess the satisfaction of patients
  • Maintain open communication with participants, families, and care providers
  • Champion organizational mission, vision, and philosophies
  • Promote a sense of team through mutual respect and assisting co-workers as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records
  • Record all intake information and inputs into computer system
  • Submit documentation within required timeframes
  • Maintain strict confidentiality on patient, practice, and employee matters
  • Perform other tasks as assignedBilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Clinical Assistant Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    • Bilingual in English/Spanish (speaking, reading, writing) required
    • High school graduate; Some college preferred
    • Training or experience in database and spreadsheet use required; MS-Word, Outlook, and Excel preferred
    • Ability to multitask, be organized, responsible and a team player
    • Demonstration of excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, with our patients
