The role involves managing and maintaining our cloud infrastructure to ensure performance, reliability, and security of cloud-based systems. Residency in the Chicago metropolitan area is required.Responsibilities:

• Manage and support M365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other applications.
• Audit and update M365 applications based on security recommendations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Implement security best practices to safeguard systems against cyber threats.
• Plan and execute migrations to Azure and M365, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance for cloud-related IT projects.
• Stay updated on cloud trends and recommend improvements.
• Train and support end-users on Azure and M365 applications.
• Manage Azure services such as Active Directory, Virtual Machines, Storage, and Networking.Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience; relevant certifications like Azure Administrator or Microsoft 365 Certified.
• Minimum 5 years in system administration focusing on M365 and Azure Cloud.
• Extensive hands-on experience with M365 applications.
• Proficiency in Azure services and architecture.
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles.
• Skilled in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Salary/Rate: $70-$80/hour, based on experience. This is a 6-month contract position, working 40 hours/week, with no current benefits.Locations include:
