  • Work with children by helping them learn how to communicate, play, and learn
  • Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) how to provide therapy to children and families in need of support
  • Review behavior plans and other relevant (e.g., instructional) materials developed by behavior analysts for patients to facilitate consistent implementation and monitor outcomes appropriately
  • Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention planQualifications:
    • A high school diploma and be at least 18 years of age; a bachelor's in psychology is a huge plus
    • Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Credential or willingness to obtain certification after job offer and before your start date
    • Enroll and complete courses within the first 30 days of the job offer
