  Responsibilities:
  • Your primary goal will be to increase staffing total sales dollars and gross profit through focused sales strategies using relationship management and by opening new accounts.
  • Self-starter - visit customers and use the opportunity to build relationships.
  • Strong communication skills - Fully understand customer expectations, prepare proposal, and reach agreement.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and meet objectives without detailed day-to-day direction.
  • Must be highly organized and flexible to handle multiple priorities and clients.
