Human Resources Analyst/Receptionist About the Company and Opportunity:

• The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes pride in the quality of their work and enjoys creative problem-solving. Overview of the Human Resources Analyst/Receptionist position:
  • Answer phone calls and direct questions to appropriate personnel
  • Greet visitors and announce arrival to appropriate personnel
    • Receptionist tasks will lessen after a new phone system is finalized
    • Support recruiting process
      • Post open positions
      • Pre-screen candidates
      • Coordinate with candidates and external recruiters
      • Prepare New Hire packets
      • Organize onboarding paperwork and add to new employee personnel files
      • Complete miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned, including:
        • Prepare paperwork for employee status changes and maintain organization of HR records and personnel files
        • Respond to unemployment inquiries and complete employment verifications
        • Manage organizational charts
        • Assist with purchase of office supplies and coordination of onsite events
        • Receive invoices into company's ERP Preferred Qualifications for the Human Resources Analyst/Receptionist:
          • Associate's degree in Human Resources or a related field
          • Minimum two years of experience in a human resources role, within a manufacturing environment preferred
          • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint, comfortable working with HRIS
          • Superb communication and interpersonal skills
          • High degree of organization and confidentiality
          • Ability to work independently and creatively problem-solve
