• Enjoy a collaborative, open and upbeat culture that promotes transparency and professional development Reporting to the Electrical Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical design expertise for the new product development and launch function. Additionally, you will be responsible for product design engineering and/or analysis support for certain legacy products currently in the production phase. You could be based in our facilities in either Elkhart IN or Lisle IL.To be a good fit for the Senior Electrical Engineer opportunity, you will have:
  • A bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering disciplines
  • 6+ years of experience with:
    • Progressive electronic/electrical components, circuits and systems design engineering in the automotive or a related industry
    • Electrical/electronic circuit simulation and control analysis, preferably on automotive electrical power systems
    • Electronic embedded system hardware and software controls in the automotive or related industry
