IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS IN ELKHART!!Description:Seeking a 1st shift Maintenance Technician for a state-of-the-art aluminum anodizing facility that has been recognized as among the most advanced in the industry. They supply the automotive, architectural, marine, and office furniture industries. Looking for a multi-craft technician with industrial maintenance experience and strong electrical troubleshooting knowledge. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing overhead cranes, dock cranes, booms, scissor lifts, compressors, pumps, water filtration equipment, etc. Electrically you'll be responsible for maintenance troubleshooting and repairs to SRC controlled rectifiers (24v) on the tanks and PLCs, automatic shuttles, electrical frequency drives, hoist controls (480v), heat exchange units (changing gaskets), Boilers, HVAC and/or chillers. Welding and fabrication is required on an as needed basis, primarily MIG, TIG, or Arc on aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. This position requires someone comfortable with 40-foot heights as preventative and reactive maintenance to overhead cranes that are attached to the ceiling will be required. Additionally, there is a monthly on-call rotation for off shift/weekend maintenance. Calls are few, but do happen from time to time.Pay:

• $25-$30/hrShift and Hours:
  • 1st Shift Monday through Friday 6am - 2pm
  • 7am - 12pm every other Saturday for PM's
  • Average 45hrs/weekLocation:
    • Elkhart, INSkills:
      • Mechanical and electrical maintenance experience 480v 3-phase and up
      • PLC Troubleshooting experience
      • Welding experience (MIG, TIG, and/or Arc)
      • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
      • Ability to be on-call (rotational) during off shifts
      • Comfortable with heights
      • Anodizing experience
      • HVAC and/or Chiller experience
