This role involves working closely with product managers, other departments, and customers to analyze product data, make improvement recommendations, and effectively communicate planned changes to stakeholders. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. A solid understanding of SaaS enterprise software and financial services is highly important. The individual will support client implementation projects, validate new methodologies and features, and derive insights from complex data sources.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop a strong technical understanding of Supernova's product and platform by collaborating closely with our team and customers.
• Work with product managers to define testing and validation plans for new product features and perform related testing and analysis.
• Conduct data analysis, comparison, and function validation on deployment projects to ensure high-quality content and functionalities.
• Evaluate new feature requirements and triage reported bugs to ensure completeness and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and other teams to synthesize complex requirements into value-added platform initiatives.QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Math, Analytics, or related fields; Master's Degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience; experience in financial services, wealth management, or education industries is highly preferred.
• Highly analytical and quantitative thinker.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Proficient in SQL and MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience in project management is a plus.
