Job Description:
Seeking a Full-Time 2nd Shift Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) with a
$5000 sign-on bonus.
Provide direct assessment and care to residents.
Supervise nursing staff, evaluate staffing to ensure quality
care.
Administer emergency services within the independent living
community.
Deliver compassionate, quality care with excellent customer
service.
Must hold a current nursing license valid in the state, follow
long-term care regulations, problem-solve, and supervise nursing
assistants with some supervisory experience.
Attend mandatory training and maintain certifications (CPR,
Mandatory Reporter, etc.).
Physical requirements include frequently lifting over 35 pounds,
pushing/pulling equipment, climbing, balancing, crouching,
kneeling, and using dexterity and reaching skills, while working
with bloodborne pathogens, chemicals, and respiratory hazards.
