10%Type of Travel: Continental USThe Opportunity:Join CACI as an
Enterprise Architect (SME) to provide strategic leadership and
technical expertise for USSTRATCOM's enterprise architecture
initiatives. This role will guide Model-Based Systems Engineering
(MBSE), enhance C4IT architectures, and support Zero Trust
implementation, ensuring robust IT solutions across the command's
lifecycle. Experience with DoDAF (Department of Defense
Architecture Framework) is a plus, particularly with transitioning
to the Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) to align with evolving
DoD standards. The work location is Omaha, Nebraska. This position
is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command
SCITLS contract.Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership in IT strategy for USSTRATCOM
- Ensures Metamodel management and SEMP utilization across
engineering activities within the IT project lifecycle
- Participates in the Command ITSM processes for upcoming changes
to the Enterprise architectural products
- Possesses deep technical knowledge for Tier 3 O&S
management
- Leads MBSE and UAF activities for traceability and RTM
generation
- Drives C4IT architecture enhancements, including MBSE As-Is
Architectures
- Guides IT modernization and sets documentation standards
- Supports the USSTRATCOM Zero Trust Implementation
- Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or
technology assignments
- May supervise othersQualifications:Required:
- BA/BS + 13 years of relevant experience OR equivalent
combination of education and experience.
- Required 8140 Certification: 651 - Advanced (e.g., CISSO or
GCIA or GCSA or GCLD of GICSO or CISSP-ISSAP or CISSP-ISSEP) OR
applicable ABET-accredited/CAE-designated degree OR equivalent
training OR Foundational Qualification Alternative (DoD Component
Waiver).
- Top Secret with SCI eligibility
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey
complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to lead architecture initiatives in fast-paced,
mission-critical environments while managing multiple
priorities.Desired:
- Open CA Certified Architect
- Open CA Master Certified Architect
- FEAC Blackbelt Architect
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional) OR Google
Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
- OMG Certifications: UAF, UML, and SysML
- TOGAF 9 or newer
- ArchiMate 3 or newer

are a host of factors that can influence final salary including,
but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government
contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior
work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and
