Job DescriptionHull Lift Truck is currently seeking aSales
Coordinatorat our Elkhart, IN facility. The Sales Coordinator is an
integral position within the sales department and is the primary
communication conduit between internal departments as well as
vendors and customers.The ideal candidate must be energetic, show
initiative and possess a passion for customer service. This
position is supported by a strong sales force, respected parts &
service department and a supportive management team that fosters a

off.Primary Responsibilities:
- Accurate processing, coordinating and follow through on all
sales transactions
- Support the sales team by processing equipment demo request, as
well as related equipment ordering and reporting functions
- Coordinate the order, receipt, preparation, delivery, and
invoicing of equipment
- Assist the Sales team with all internal sales processes
- Work with service, parts, and transportation departments to
efficiently plan the fulfillment of equipment
- Verify report of sales information
- Process sales in multiple systems including MS Dynamics, SAP,
and vendor specific programs
- Process retail and stock orders of new equipment through
One-Stop-Shop ordering
- Issue and process vendor purchase orders for equipment and
related products
- Generate internal service work orders for equipment and related
products
- Clearly communicate and coordinate with Sales
Representatives
- Prepare customer financing documents
- Track unit ETA date and communicates to sales reps and
manager
- Process title paperwork and temporary platesQualifications:
- Strong Windows based PC programs and Microsoft Office
skills
- Prior equipment-based sales coordination experience, or SAP, MS
Dynamics knowledge a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Self-motivated, initiative-taker, and able to communicate
effectively
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at the same
time
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management
skills
- Excellent oral, written and multi-tasking skillsToday, Hull
