Job Description Summary Church Plumbing & Heating, INC is looking for a dedicated Inside Sales/Maintenance Plan Coordinator This position requires great attention to detail, a passion for pleasing others and strong written and verbal communication skills. As a Coordinator you will handle multiple priorities such as Making Customer Calls to schedule seasonal maintenance, calling customers to explain the benefits of our Maintenance Plans and making follow up calls. Duties will include: Enhance company productivity through effective scheduling and planning of customer s preventative maintenance cleanings. Leads the enrollment of new Plan members and continued review/organization of memberships. Contact customers prior to service calls explaining the benefits of the Maintenance Plan as well as follow up calls after the service call. Provide assistance to other office team members during peak workload periods, vacations and absences.Church Plumbing & Heating, INC is a locally owned plumbing, heating & air conditioning service company.
