Sales Generating Activities: - Conduct sales calls and meetings to generate new business opportunities. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets. - Identify potential clients and proactively reach out to them to promote company products and services. - Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and follow up on all inquiries promptly. - Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential customers.2. Key Account Management (KAM): - Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Understand the needs and requirements of key accounts and provide appropriate solutions. - Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner. - Regularly review key account performance and identify opportunities for growth and upselling.3. Purchase Orders: - Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. - Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers. - Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to purchase orders.4. Cold-Calling: - Conduct cold-calling activities to generate leads and expand customer base. - Introduce company products and services to potential customers over the phone. - Qualify leads and schedule appointments for further sales discussions. - Maintain accurate records of all cold-calling activities and outcomes.5. Calipers: - Utilize calipers and other measuring instruments to accurately assess product dimensions. - Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications. - Collaborate with the production team to resolve any issues related to product dimensions.6. Customer Service: - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns. - Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and requirements. - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. - Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively address customer queries.7. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: - Identify and analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. - Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions. - Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth. - Develop strategies to overcome sales challenges and achieve sales targets.8. Goldmine and Syteline: - Utilize Goldmine and Syteline software to manage customer information, sales activities, and order processing. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities. - Generate reports and analyze data from Goldmine and Syteline to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement.Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of experience in a similar inside sales role within the manufacturing industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
    • Strong knowledge of sales generating activities, including cold-calling and key account management.
    • Experience in processing purchase orders and coordinating with internal departments.
    • Proficiency in using calipers and other measuring instruments to assess product dimensions.
    • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address customer needs effectively.
    • Familiarity with Goldmine and Syteline software or equivalent CRM and ERP systems.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
