Together with our affiliated companies, we provide equipment financing solutions to small businesses, middle-market and large corporations, offering product expertise in government financing and wholesale vendor financing, as well as tailored programs specific to industry segments, including aviation, healthcare, energy services and renewable energy.Essential Functions:Highly motivated, experienced relationship manager responsible for the management of existing and newly originated vendor retail programs. Accountable for all aspects of the client relationship, including overall account strategy, capturing growth opportunities, and working with a cross-functional team to deliver industry-best service.Target client base is companies with revenues of $100 million and up across a number of industry segments including technology, transportation, construction, material handling, machine tools and healthcare. Target programs will produce annual volume of $5 million and up, with typical transaction sizes of $100K and up. Required Skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified 5+ years of relationship management experience within the equipment finance or broader financial services industry. Preference for experience in retail vendor finance.

  • Deep expertise and experience in retail vendor finance, preferably with a large, regulated financial institution
  • Exceptional client management skills
  • Proven ability to work with vendors and their sales teams and/or dealer networks to drive higher financing penetration rates with end-user customers
  • In-depth knowledge of vendor program structure, design and documentation
  • Expertise in credit, legal/contracts, structuring, finance, accounting, pricing and documentation
  • In-depth industry and market knowledge including competitive environment, economic conditions, client behavior and market trends
  • Comprehensive understanding of the current regulatory environment, and ability to operate in a compliant manner
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office software applications
