The Sr. Director, Client Lead will be responsible for cultivating strong client partnerships within the Financial Services & Insurance vertical, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional client experiences across Epsilons data, tech, and media solutions. Reporting to the Sr. Vice President, Team Lead, this role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional business acumen, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions that exceed client expectations. As a Sr. Director, Client Lead, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. You will be instrumental in delivering integrated solutions, negotiating contracts and pricing, and developing and managing client success plans. Your ability to drive revenue growth, deliver exceptional client experiences, and provide strategic guidance will be essential in contributing to Epsilons overall success. What You’ll Achieve • Increased client revenue: Forge strategic partnerships that result in significant revenue growth across Epsilon data, tech and media. • Enhanced client satisfaction: Develop customized solutions that demonstrably solve client challenges and drive measurable results. • Strong client relationships: Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers across client organizations. • High-performing team: Cultivate a collaborative and results-oriented team that consistently delivers exceptional client service. • Cross-functional alignment: Drive cross-functional collaboration to develop and deliver solutions that leverage data, technology, and media to achieve company goals. • Company values: Champion and embody the companys vision and values in all interactions and initiatives. Who You Are • A seasoned professional with 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record in client growth and management. • Expertise in Tech or Media sales, translating complex technical solutions into business value and demonstrating ROI. • A strategic thinker who can translate client objectives into actionable plans, leveraging the full potential of Epsilon’s data, tech and media solutions. • A consultative seller with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships across all organizational levels. • A collaborative leader passionate about team development and achieving collective goals. • Strong understanding of data analytics, platform capabilities, performance optimization, ROI measurement, and campaign effectiveness analysis. • An adept negotiator skilled at securing mutually beneficial outcomes. • A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach, readily identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite). • Bachelors degree (advanced degree a plus). • Hunter on a farm within Financial Services.
