As a Business Development Senior Director at Epsilon, you will
be a pivotal contributor to our growth strategy, particularly
within the retail sector. Your expertise in AdTech/MarTech sales,

You will expand our market reach by focusing on both retail brands
and AdTech/MarTech partners, driving significant revenue growth. By

strong relationships with key decision-makers, presenting

acquisition of new retail clients, directly impacting Epsilons

retail vertical. You will lead the charge in identifying and
capitalizing on new business opportunities, driving significant
expansion of our customer base and revenue, specifically within
retail. Your strategic plans will not only meet but exceed
ambitious sales targets, positioning Epsilon as a leader in the
industry, specifically within the retail and AdTech/MarTech sales
space. By forging enduring relationships with potential retail
clients, you will deeply understand their requirements and deliver
customized solutions that address their specific needs, thereby
cementing Epsilons reputation as a trusted partner in the market.
Who You Are • What you’ll bring with you: o Leadership in Sales
Activities: Experience leading selling activities for a geographic
or account-based sales territory, effectively managing and
strategizing to maximize revenue potential within new retail
accounts. o Revenue Generation: Proven ability to generate new
revenue by managing several enterprise sales deals to closure on an
annual basis, demonstrating a strong track record of achieving and
exceeding sales targets, especially within retail and
AdTech/MarTech sales. o Industry Expertise: Developed thought
leadership and respected expertise in the AdTech/MarTech industry,
with a strong emphasis on retail applications, positioning yourself
as a consultative partner rather than a transactional seller. o
Business Acumen: Utilize general business acumen to uncover
prospect business needs and identify how Epsilon AdTech/MarTech
solutions can help retail prospects and achieve their business
goals, driving significant revenue growth as an individual
contributor. o Customized Sales Presentations: Ability to create
and deliver compelling, customized sales presentations that address
the core business issues and opportunities faced by retail
prospects, showcasing the value of Epsilons solutions. o Industry
Awareness: Stay current on industry trends and personnel moves
among retail prospect organizations, ensuring a proactive approach
to market changes and opportunities. o Negotiation and Contracting:
Expertise in negotiating and closing contracts with client
marketing and legal stakeholders, ensuring favorable terms and
successful deal closures. • Why you might stand out from other
talent: o Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in marketing,
business, or a related field is preferred. An advanced degree (MBA
or equivalent) is a plus. o Professional Experience: Minimum of 7
years of experience in AdTech/MarTech sales roles, with substantial
exposure to new business development, specifically selling into
retail clients. o Proven Success: Demonstrated track record of
success in business development or sales roles, consistently
achieving and exceeding sales targets, especially within the retail
vertical. o Industry Expertise: Prior experience in the Retail,
Media/Advertising market sector, with a deep understanding of
industry dynamics and trends within both retail and AdTech. o
Tech-Savvy Professional: Proficient and confident in using
technology as an integral part of the sales process, including
Salesforce and various lead generation tools
