Job Description:
The Client Lead will be responsible for leading a
high-performing team of leaders, collaborating with
cross-functional partners to develop innovative solutions and build
enduring client relationships. Youll directly contribute to
Epsilons growth by exceeding revenue targets and driving measurable
client success stories. The Client Lead will report to the VP,
Client Lead and work closely with assigned Epsilon clients. The
Client Lead will work closely with stakeholders from Business
Development, Account Management, Finance and Product Development
all to drive client retention and revenue growth. What You’ll

opportunities. Who You Are • What You’ll Bring With You: o 10 years
of diverse client management experience in retail/e-commerce, ad
solutions, direct marketing, and agency settings, with a proven
track record of growing large enterprise accounts and achieving
significant revenue expansion. o 6-8 years of experience
developing, growing, and managing client relationships, driving
revenue growth and leading high-performing marketing teams. o 2-3
years of direct team management experience, demonstrating strong
leadership and collaboration skills. o Consultative and
solution-oriented approach to assess client needs and craft
impactful communication strategies. o Deep understanding of digital
marketing channels and marketing technology platforms. o Strong
knowledge of ad tech and martech, with the ability to connect
technology with tangible business outcomes. o Excellent
communication, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
o Effective time management and prioritization skills. o Highly
organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. o Strong business
acumen and strategic planning skills. o Solid quantitative
