Senior Director, Client Lead – Dining

Job Description:

The Client Lead will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of leaders, collaborating with cross-functional partners to develop innovative solutions and build enduring client relationships. Youll directly contribute to Epsilons growth by exceeding revenue targets and driving measurable client success stories. The Client Lead will report to the VP, Client Lead and work closely with assigned Epsilon clients. The Client Lead will work closely with stakeholders from Business Development, Account Management, Finance and Product Development all to drive client retention and revenue growth. What You’ll Achieve • Become a Strategic Growth Partner: Drive significant revenue growth by identifying innovative solutions to expand client adoption of Epsilons offerings • Forge Enduring Client Relationships: Build trust with key decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their unique challenges and tailors solutions for success • Develop Winning Strategies: Collaborate with internal teams to craft winning sales strategies and strategic account plans, ensuring alignment and achieving ambitious revenue target • Become an Industry Authority: Gain a deep understanding of your assigned industry to position Epsilons solutions for optimal value and identify emerging opportunities • Champion Results-Oriented Leadership: Prioritize critical initiatives like revenue growth, performance improvement, and navigating complex situations to propel business forward • Cultivate a Collaborative High-Performance Team: Foster a dynamic environment where your team thrives. Empower them to elevate their skills in product expertise, management, and professional presence through individualized development • Embrace Urgency and Executive Presence: Navigate diverse relationships with a strong executive presence. Cultivate a sense of urgency to ensure timely execution and capitalize on opportunities. Who You Are • What You’ll Bring With You: o 10 years of diverse client management experience in retail/e-commerce, ad solutions, direct marketing, and agency settings, with a proven track record of growing large enterprise accounts and achieving significant revenue expansion. o 6-8 years of experience developing, growing, and managing client relationships, driving revenue growth and leading high-performing marketing teams. o 2-3 years of direct team management experience, demonstrating strong leadership and collaboration skills. o Consultative and solution-oriented approach to assess client needs and craft impactful communication strategies. o Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and marketing technology platforms. o Strong knowledge of ad tech and martech, with the ability to connect technology with tangible business outcomes. o Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills. o Effective time management and prioritization skills. o Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. o Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills. o Solid quantitative background with analytical proficiency. • Why You Might Stand Out From Other Talent: o A deep understanding of emerging trends and technologies in the retail and e-commerce industry o Experience working with complex, global clients o A proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a matrixed organization o A passion for data-driven decision making and a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights o A strong network of relationships within the retail and e-commerce industry o A track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving client satisfaction
