What Youll Do: LM Envision, LogicMonitors leading hybrid
observability platform powered by AI, helps modern enterprises gain
operational visibility into and predictability across their IT

row! As LogicMonitor enters its next phase of growth, we’re seeking
a Strategic Partner Manager to lead the enablement and expansion of
our Value-Added Reseller (VAR) partnerships. In this high-impact
role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for VAR
growth, effectively communicating the value of LogicMonitor and
driving net new and expansion ARR through your partners’ existing
book of business. You’ll own the entire partner enablement
cycle—empowering VARs with the knowledge and tools they need to
scale adoption of the LogicMonitor platform. By collaborating with
Sales Engineering for technical expertise, you’ll ensure partners
fully understand and utilize the platform’s capabilities. With a
strong focus on forecast accuracy, strategic engagement, and
partner success, your leadership will directly contribute to
LogicMonitor’s growth and continued dominance in the hybrid
observability market. If you’re proactive, partner-focused, and

impact. Heres a closer look at this key role: Drive growth by
selling through top-performing reseller (VAR) partners, leveraging
whitespace analysis to identify and present LogicMonitor’s value
through strategic conversations, demos, and presentations. Build
strong relationships across VAR leadership teams, understanding and
aligning to their priorities, business drivers, and success
metrics. Implement and reinforce LogicMonitor’s sales methodology
with partners to ensure alignment with LM’s sales cycle and
go-to-market approach. Support partner-led deals by engaging the
right stakeholders, employing multi-threading and team selling
strategies involving SEs, leadership, and executive sponsors.
Identify and develop relationships across key partner
functions—including Sales, Services, and Engineering—to drive
collaboration and ensure end-to-end engagement. Tailor
LogicMonitor’s solution messaging to address specific customer pain
points and use cases, articulating the platform’s value in various
business scenarios. What Youll Need: 5 years of experience as a
Partner Manager, preferably within the SaaS space. Ability to
communicate effectively with all levels of internal teams and
customers. Avid learner—our product and the VAR industry are
constantly evolving, and your knowledge must evolve as well. Able
to articulate technology and product positioning to both business
and technical users. Self-starter with a willingness to use
creativity to architect best practices for assigned VARs.
Comfortable speaking and presenting to the executive leadership
teams of VARs. Brings creativity to work, demonstrated through
critical thinking and problem-solving in new situations. Critical
thinker with a strong desire to be an impact player at a disruptive
technology company. High energy, with a proven record of high
performance in previous academic or professional roles. Dedicated
to sales and customer satisfaction, with a strong track record of
success. Team-oriented—you excel as an individual contributor but
understand that sales at LogicMonitor is a team effort. Experience
leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, drive innovation, or

provide the base salary ranges for all positions posted within the
United States. Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible
roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along
with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job
posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new
hires in the position, determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview
performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor
employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based
compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. As part of our
