Job Description:
Join Johnson Controls, a leader in smart building technologies,
as a Life Safety Service Rep III Electronic within our Fire
Protection Products division. In this role, you will be pivotal in
promoting and securing sales of our cutting-edge fire safety and
security products. With your expertise, you will help maintain our
high standards of enhancing building efficiency, sustainability,
and safety, ensuring superior customer satisfaction through
innovative solutions. Develop and nurture relationships with
existing and potential clients to expand sales of fire safety and
electronic security products. Provide technical presentations and
demonstrate how our products meet client needs. Customize fire
protection and security solutions to meet customer requirements.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and
follow-up support. Stay abreast of industry trends and technical
advancements in fire safety and electronic security systems. Work
closely with the technical team to ensure customer specifications
are met with precision. Participate in trade shows, seminars, and
training sessions to expand knowledge and network. Meet and exceed
set sales targets, providing regular feedback and reports to
management on sales activities. Profound knowledge of fire safety
systems and electronic security technology. Strong interpersonal
and communication skills. Ability to deliver engaging and
persuasive presentations. Highly skilled in negotiation and closing
strategies. Proven track record in sales, particularly within the
fire protection industry. Ability to manage multiple projects and
meet deadlines. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to
detail. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Certification from the National Institute for
Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) in fire
protection or security systems is highly desirable. Additional
certifications related to sales or technical expertise in fire
safety products.
