Bettenhausen CDJR is expanding our Sales BDC team to administer and generate leads for 3 locations! What You'll Do Connect with customers and set/maintain appointments from our database. Follow up on leads promptly and professionally. Build and nurture lasting relationships with both sold and unsold customers. Track and update data accurately daily. Complete training quickly and apply it in your role. Represent the Bettenhausen culture with positivity, energy, and enthusiasm. What We're Looking For Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and phone). A motivated, goal-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior BDC or automotive experience is a preferred! Compensation & Schedule Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Monthly bonuses. Full-time, 5 days per week. Some evenings and Saturdays required.
