Accounts Payable Specialist (Part-Time) - $22-24/hr Location: Byron Center, MI Schedule: 24 hours/week - Must work full days Tuesday and Wednesday. Flexible hours available Monday, Thursday, and Friday. Our client, a leading provider in their industry, is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Specialist to support their high-volume AP team. This is a very hands-on, manual role ideal for someone who enjoys detailed work, staying organized, and being part of a collaborative accounting environment. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable Support 100-150 invoices per day Match checks to invoices Filing and mass document organization Assist with envelope stuffing and mailing Support AP team on high-volume days (Mondays/Tuesdays) Data Entry Mark ACH payments as paid in system Enter simple expenditures and convert POs to vouchers Shared AP Inbox Management Log into shared inbox Print and distribute invoices for processing Receive sorted invoices and continue handling Qualifications: Must Have: Prior data entry experience High accuracy and attention to detail Comfortable with repetitive tasks and filing Positive attitude and team mindset Familiarity with basic AP processes Nice to Have: Excel proficiency
