for a F ull-time Program Manager to join our Calumet Team!
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Administers all aspects of a program or
Line of Service, including development and implementation of new
initiatives. Develops and administers budget. Identifies and
pursues funding opportunities. Participates in agency-wide planning
for implementation of strategies and development of program.
Monitors program to assure fiscal compliance of contracts, annual,
and long-range plans. Supervises program and staff. Responsible for
all personnel matters within program including hiring, assigning,
and terminating staff. Identifies and fosters leadership potential
of program staff. Develops and maintains contacts with elected and
appointed officials and community leaders relating to agency and
LOS needs. Participates in collaboration with other agencies and
institutions to advance program goals. Responsible for training
needs assessment, participating in planning for and may provide
staff training. Maintains knowledge of developments and directions
in program areas. May participate in local, state, and national
activities in field. Responsible for meeting affirmative action
goals. Other duties assigned by the Executive Director.
QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree in Social Work or related field
from an accredited college or university, required. Five years
post-masters experience in social services with increasing levels
of administrative and supervisory responsibility, required.
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed
Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), required. Must have access to a
vehicle, valid driver's license and proof of insurance to perform
essential job functions. Excellent written and oral communication
and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse
individuals and groups. Ability to work in a complex environment.
Demonstrated ability to work in teams. SALARY: Compensation is
commensurate with years of related experience, position
requirements, and candidate qualifications. The average salary
range for the position is $82,000 – $91,000 PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While
performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is
required to sit and stand for sustained periods of time, frequently
talk, hear, use hands and fingers to feel, handle and operate
objects or controls, and occasionally stand, bend, stretch, stoop,
kneel and crouch. The employee is required to have close visual
acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data
and figures, transcribing and viewing a computer terminal. The
employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
