Job Description:
Job Title: QA Specialist Location: Portage, MI Type: Contract
Overview: Global Medical Device company looking to hire an
experienced quality professional to join their team and assist with
product recalls. Must bring quality and customer service
experience. Responsibilities: In support of the Product Field
Action team, implement quality standards, ensure and execute
compliance on every stage of the process. Assess potential risks,
ensure compliance and give recommendations. Take responsibility for
all quality control aspects of the process (intake, record
documentation, destruction, internal and external customer
communications). Facilitates audits and regulatory inspections.
Coordinates quality trainings. Requirements: BS Degree in
Engineering or Life Sciences 2 years of experience in QA Customer
